What currency are prices in?+
Every price on the site is in US Dollars (USD). Your card or PayPal will convert to your local currency at their rate.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking. Shipping is a flat $6.95 and free on orders over $55.00. See the Shipping Policy for delivery times.
Will I pay import duties?+
Possibly, depending on your country. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes, which are set by your country and collected on arrival. For deliveries outside the UK you are the importer of record.
What's your returns policy?+
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping. See the Refund & Return Policy.
How do payments work?+
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe (and PayPal where offered). We never see or store your card details. Your statement shows "RTHOMPSONSONS".
What do you NOT sell?+
We focus on outdoor and garden watering fittings only. We do not sell seeds, plants, fertilisers, electric water pumps or pressurised equipment.
Do the frost covers stop my pipes freezing?+
They reduce exposure and take the edge off the cold, but an insulating cover or lagging does not replace properly draining and isolating an outdoor supply before a hard freeze. Treat them as a helpful layer, not a guarantee.
Can I order in bulk for a business?+
Yes — landscapers, guest houses, allotments and resellers can request a quote on the Bulk & Trade page. We offer volume pricing and a named contact.
