• Misuse our contact or bulk-order forms to send spam or abusive content.

Product use

Our products are for normal domestic and trade garden watering use. Follow the safety notes on each product page. We don't sell, and you shouldn't attempt to use our fittings for, pressurised systems, potable-supply components, or any application they aren't designed for.

Enforcement

We may suspend or refuse service, cancel orders, and report activity to the relevant authorities or to our payment providers where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
